• Access to a community ownership fund to purchase redundant/derelict local buildings to drive community led regeneration. Put community assets into community hands. Provide external support to develop outline business cases for three assets. Work with us to implement the subsequent game-changing developments to drive improvements within Dyke House.
• Explore the potential for an asset transfer of Chatham House.
