• Capital investment to scale up Annexe Housing so that it can promote high quality, sustainable, energy efficient housing.
• Seed capital funding to establish a Dyke House energy service to tackle the least energy efficient properties, regardless of tenure, keeping people warm and healthy.
• Work with HBC and find ways of linking into the Housing Revenue Account outcomes to support wrap around support servces where required depending on tenants needs.
