Create meaningful community governance by putting local people at the heart of decision making through the creation of a new Dyke House Parish Council, working with Hartlepool Borough Council and national government to make the Community Power Act real.

• Financial support to train a further 350 residents in community organising, creating the conditions to enable them to take action on the things they care about.
• Following its support for the ‘We’re Right Here, the campaign for community power,’ HBC work with us to model a practical, working Community Covenant.
• Support from HBC to work with local people to create an Urban Parish Council (and interim community input on planning decisions while it is developed).
